In 2001, Luis co-founded The Academy of Wine and Service Excellence. From then to the present, Luis has directed the education programs and created professional development curriculums for some of the largest wine manufacturing firms including Allied Domecq Wines, Beam Wine Estates, Constellation Brands, and Delicato Family Wines. The Wine Business Academy is now promoting its services conducting consumer driven events in both the on and off premise channels.
